China and USA SARMs Ban 2020

Sad News: To the Proven Peptides community.
We have been anticipated with some potentially very sad news. Although this may change or may even not apply to us; several countries (China, USA, etc), among those in which we have very loyal customers, are changing the legal status of SARMs, and we are afraid that we may not be able to produce, or even get supplies from 3rd party manufacturers once our current stock is gone. We currently have all our compounds in stock, of course the ones in higher demand will be the soonest in shortage.
As from January the first, manufacturing these compounds even for research purposes has become illegal, but many minor rulings have not been set. We expect to be able to continue giving you the best peptides after these have been set up, but we are also afraid that at a moments notice we might have to stop shipping from the moment when congress passes SARMs Act, which is expected to happen only weeks from now.
We encourage you to prevent your future cycles, and to subscribe to the mailing list of this sister page so that we can keep in touch; should this new regulation affect the SARMs research community.

Over the past few weeks we have been getting a lot of questions about the news coming out of China and the upcoming ban on the production and export of SARMs. Here is what we know.
The rumours are unfortunately true. On November 18th China passed new Laws banning, both the production and export of SARMs among other performance enhancing chemicals. The law goes into effect 1st January 2020 but China will be ceasing export of SARMs from 25th December 2019. At the moment China are the only country producing the raw SARM powder used in the production of SARM products.

What happens next?
We expect to see a global shortage of SARMs within the next few months leading to price increases as the stock levels drop.
While the SARMs industry is in such a state of flux we expect to see less reputable companies and individuals bring out watered down or fake products to capitalise on the high demand. Make sure you only buy from reputable companies!
Our Stock
We have been buying stock in available quantities in anticipation of the ban coming in and we have enough stock to last up to some weeks/months (at regular volume). However, we have noticed lots of customers have also started buying in much larger quantities so we don’t have any accurate idea how long our stock will last.
Gone forever?
At
the moment it does seem like there is every chance this could be the
end of SARMs entirely. Other countries might begin production at scale
but even if that does happen it will be some time before we could be
sure of the quality.
USA Ban
To
make matters worse, the day after the Chinese announced their new law,
the USA reintroduced the SARMs Control Act which reclassifies SARMs as a
Schedule III controlled substance. The same category as Anabolic
Steroids. This means it will become illegal to import, export buy or
sell SARMs in the USA.
While this hasn’t been passed by the senate yet, we are expecting it to be passed into law early in 2020.
As a result of this we have noticed our American customer base has more than quadrupled in the last 2 weeks as people rush to stock up before they become illegal.

The SARMs Act was expected to pass by January 2020, however the covid crisis affected congress activities. We expect to see this happening however by July/August 2020.
